    I ordered a complete water pump kit for my alpha 1 gen 2 outdrive, and never really thought anything of it until i started taking my lower off today and was messing with the pieces when i realized 2 things... The impeller doesnt fit in the housing And the hole where the drive shaft goes...

    Prop for 4.3 Bayliner, Alpha 1 Gen 2

    I have a 92 Bayliner 1850 with a 4.3 Mercruiser, Alpha 1 Gen 2 Its 17.5 to 18 ft. Gearing is 1.84 Recommended WOT is 4400-4800 Its a LH Rotation unit. I don't currently have a prop. The boats been in storage at a family members and I have no clue where it went. I plan on having usually 2-4...

    Used SST Props

    Would you buy a used SST prop that appeared in good shape? Whats the value of a used prop? Im Looking around 14" 21 p SST LH and seen some pretty cheap prices for props that look great cosmetically, i just want to know if theres anything i should know.Thanks!

    Alpha 1 oil leak, but not the drain holes

    Ive read numerous thread on sites about the outdrive leaking gearing oil out of the drain holes. In my case a trolling plate was down while I drove the boat around normally and it appears im leaking oil out of the vents. I drove it another time and just added more oil but I havent drove it...
