    I look at a boat but can't figure what the number on the bow refers to. I found a list for Canada (pre 2003 and after 2003) and for the USA it is two letters from the state abbreviation (MS number) (FL number), but this boat reads R10498V. Is it a US registered boat? Or an older numbering...
