1/4 inch. The wheels barely protrude from the bottom, not enough to clear. I have enough verticle space to trim, but I would be cutting into where it joins to the side wall. I also already know there is no way I'm making a clean straight cut with the oscillating tool.

I could, but it wouldn't look good, and if I have to get a new fridge I would end up taking it down anyway.

Yeah, I had to cut a little nub to cover the bit of cabinet face that overhangs. The ceiling gaps were pretty bad. Also the fridge won't fit under the cabinets because of the extra floor thickness which I didn't account for. Gonna have to take one down.

I hadn't opened up the walkway yet, and I was leaning over a bit. The picture itself is a bit crooked. Still not perfect, but way better than it was.

    Swap wood panel in upholstery

They use it to coat wooden fire truck ladders. I wouldn't worry too much.

My baseboard trim would probably give you an aneurysm :) No way I'm posting pictures of that!

    Boats from work.

It's not specific to ikon, it's any boat with these kinds of shapes. It's all in areas that I would expect to see cracks, tight corners and hardware mounting locations.

    Swap wood panel in upholstery

Is it possible to swap the wood screws for machine screws with nuts and big washers? It would be more secure.

Ah, that's because I also forgot that the plans from lowes called for a 2 inch space between the two in the corner. Same story as the window trim, once I remembered I didn't feel like redoing it. Also, it would land between studs if I did.

I've been slacking on updates here. The current project is an Ikon, with cracks all over but I'm only fixing what's visible and previously "repaired". Six spots, all in tight corners, and with a dash with the least space ever to work in.

Don't you guys ever sleep? Anyway, McTool got it. The window casing isn't square. I cut one board too short, thought "I'll deal with it later, it won't take much to compensate". Then later came and I forgot, already had more in than I was willing to take back out, so it's good enough.

Ok, back onto less gross random things (thanks a lot Mc tool, totally your doing), lets have a game of "spot the screw up". It's not terrible, and might not show well in a picture (uploaded after writing and it's VERY obvious to me), but I did a minor good with the window casing.
