    That’s exactly what happened, the pressed on part pulled off of the end because it was harder than hell when I tried to go forward or reverse..I even tried pulling on the end of the cable to try it tgat way & it’s not moving at all…

    Ok I think I got both up and down working good now. But for some reason my trim gauge really isn’t reading correctly, when the drive is all the way down it barely moves off of up…could I have some of my wires hooked up backwards on the engine or….

    It’s clicking when I flip the tilt switch for trailering, when I try to trim it up with the commander there’s nothing.

    When I stored it years ago all I did was removed the trim rams from the drive so they were stored all the way in the up position. They’ve stayed that way up until now…I hit the new motor installed in her along with the bravo drive…I am able to trim the drive down but it won’t go in the up...
