    I replaced the water pump impeller, and thermostat and the motor is not peeing? I pulled off the hose and it is clear no water coming from the engine. Any ideas on what to do next? I ran the motor for about 1 min to see if the thermostat needed to open but no pee

    Water Intake Tube Fell Out-- 1977 Evinrude 25

    The water pickup fell out. there is a collar on one end of the pick up tube. Does the collar end go in the power head or in the water pump end? Should I put grease or any sealer when putting it back in?

    Thank You I know where the pipe goes. On one end of the pipe there is a collar. Does the collar end go in the engine or the water pump? Does it matter?

    I pulled off the flywheel for a tune up. I found the cam shaft key had come out. the slot is 1/2 on the cam shaft and 1/2 on cam. They are not in alignment so the key will not fit. How do I align the slots.
