    did the prop come with the boat and motor? or did you put a different one on? looking at prop from behind is the prop & shaft turning clockwise when in forward gear or counterclockwise?

    if it helped messing with the connectors last time, that is where you should be looking right now. the key switch and man overboard kill switch send the CDI voltage to ground killing the spark. if that wire does not have a good connection to grounded, it cannot stop the voltage
