    Trim pump noise

    Is it normal for the trim pump to be much louder going down than it is going up? Could a relay cause this? I have already replaced pump and motor.Had the drive off,everything is greased. I have bled the system per OMC manual. Anyone got an idea what else to check?

    I recieved my pressure-vacuum tester today and followed the instructions to pressurize to 12-14 psi. The instructions stated to test for 3 minutes. It lost about 1 psi in 5 minutes.So i performed the vacuum test. Vacuum to 12 hg and waited another 5 minutes.It lost about 1/2 hg in the test time...
