    Outdrive pressure test question please

    I recieved my pressure-vacuum tester today and followed the instructions to pressurize to 12-14 psi. The instructions stated to test for 3 minutes. It lost about 1 psi in 5 minutes.So i performed the vacuum test. Vacuum to 12 hg and waited another 5 minutes.It lost about 1/2 hg in the test time...

    I just finished replacing the bellows on my Cobra drive. Why did the old exhaust bellows not have any holes in it and the new ones do?I take it that its for drainage? Also,will the exhaust be louder? No mention of it in the service manual...
