    Easier to skip the math and grab the old 20, I have things down range that limit weapon usage. I actually bait the squirrels into a safe position for the shot. I am not hunting I am culling.

    Yeah I could go into the cities to shop, I value my catalytic converter, don't want my truck broke into and not really into crowded public spaces with the feral behavior of the youth.

    My favorite squirrel trap is an old mossburg 20 gauge with 6 shot. My neighbors leave for a couple months after Christmas I get busy culling the squirrels then. A red squirrel shows on the peninsula I have the green light to cull immediately.

    Quality of life end of the day, I get to go home to the lake every day. My home at the end of a private road little to no crime makes it worth it.
