    Last fall I drained my 351 and then pickled it. I pulled the thermostat to do so. I neglected to order a replacement gasket for the thermostat housing last fall. I ordered a half dozen should be good for a while. Keep what you need in stock. Next week when I go pick up new spark plugs 2 sets...

    My neighbor rode his bike over yesterday, he bought a 49cc motor kit that mounted to a regular pedal bike, he said he paid less than $200 for it. It goes pretty fast.

    Pelicans flew in to pay a visit yesterday, the eagles did not care for their visit. Funny how some birds are intolerant of other birds in their area.

    A fiberglass boat is like a woman with make up and hair dye. A little gelcoat touch up and some buffing she looks years younger.

    I live at the end of a penulisa beautiful bay out my garage window. I spend a lot of time watching birds negotiate bay space in the spring. I saw something this spring I watched loons mate, considering how vocal loons are the process was very quiet. Cross that off a birders list.

    I hope for another summer like last summer we got to sit at the end of the dock and watch loons fish and teach their youngster. Loon migration is amazing. We are so blessed to live on a super clear lake with visibility on a secchi of 14 feet.

    Excessive Oil/Grease by Alternator area.

    Put some rags in the bilge as mentioned engine cleaner, I would also recommend some spray cans of either brake or carb cleaner, to spray the oil out of hard to reach places. Poly propylene pads will abosorb the oil that accumulates in the bilge.

    Funny my wife was mad because I refused to go to the ER funny the wound is no longer leaking and does not appear to be infected. I was a wild land firefighter for 25 years as a ground pounder I sure as hell know the difference between injured and hurt.

    Also good to know turmeric applied to wounds will stop heavy bleeding. it does sting a little though.

    Nope was wearing my crocs. I have fished the reefs for years without a problem yesterday was my turn evidently.
