    I only want to do 1 boat at a time. I may have to do it cold and that is less than ideal, but yes rental spaces do not want you working in those spaces I need to over head lift the rail off the pontoon.

    Owning a fishing boat with a cutty is like owing a fish/ski boat it does neither well. just my humble opinion. I fish with a charter guy who uses his cutty for storage, then again a serious fishing boat.

    I need to at a minimum I need to recarpet the pontoon and replace the floor in the go fast boat. Impossible to find a place to rent that I can heat to work on over the winter.

    My poor motor gets run hard every weekend by the kids skiing and tubing. That is why I run old boats that I paid cash for don't sweat the dock rash or dings. Don't get me wrong I vet every group I know every group for the most part inexperienced are not allowed to operate to pull a skier or a tube.

    I have a 90 115hp mariner not the best motor for a ski boat but the motor just keeps on running. Luckily the motor is usually run warmed up. Kids come up and run that thing at full throttle all day sking and tubing. Thirsty motor.

    Do you pump the bulb before you start up? I know sounds simple but older motors can be fickle.

    The motor on the go fast drops down to about 3/4 throttle unless you hold it down, that is by design. I like to go for an early morning ride on the weekends, there is just something about flying over the water at full throttle for me very therapeutic.

    Have a 3 step on the go fast ski boat SOP you kill the motor for boarding, skiers have to swim to the ladder.

    A disaster waiting to happen

    I will admit when I pull my boat there are no straps on the back, the bow eye is hooked to a chain and a strap. Top speed on the trip to the house is right around 20 mph and about 3/4 of a mile. I do not put my boats in other lakes.
