    Silicone? or something else?

    Hi i just got my outdrive lower unit back from repair. about to reassemble it and attach back to the transom. I have the gasket kits for both sides. Now my question is should i use some sort of silicone sealant with these gaskets? something else? or nothing at all.

    Trigger keeps blowing out. Help!
