    Boat wraps

    They can be fragile due to impact during docking etc.. My boat had one on it when purchased used. Finally pulled it off to reveal nice gel coat in good condition.

    Which model are you looking at. Different years shown for each model. The SSI and Sunesta shows back to 2002, Sig to 2003. Some show nothing.

    The head has to plow the water surface when on plane with minimum immersion but enough to get 100% bubble free water flowing across head/sensor surface. Your head looks like its tilted backward a bit. The sensor head needs a slight forward tilt to direction of water flow. Not this steep but...

    What about fuel pickup, fuel filter or pump? I've rigged up temporary fuel tank, lines and pick up to feed fuel pump to make sure tank or pickup wasn't causing fuel starvation. Harder to do on pwc though.

    How many hours on motor? Did you measure the bore, hone or replace rings? Even though compression test good it feels like a tired motor in need of rings. But sure there could be some other explanation.

    Should be grease fittings somewhere. I use same grease that used for trailer bearings, tractor moly type. Just get some grease in there. Some grease is better than no grease. I have same drive motor set but would see if you can locate owners manual.

    Need better hole shot

    It's a good prop for pulling out and doesn't over Rev due to being large diameter and four blades which is well match to engines torque. Max speed at engine rated wot rpm is 37 -39 mph. 4800 rpm +- 100 rpm. Fuel economy at 20mph is about 4 mpg.
