Crappy waste of free time. Seems they didn't have a test after repair plan to get it fixed right the first time. What motor ison the t-18?

What is the next logical step?

Its a real good idea to study you wiring closely. Clean up any tangles by rerouting, gathering up excess and zip tieing, shortening if practical. Use a volt meter to test if charger power is going to each battery when battery switch is in different positions. You should get see positive...

Did you inspect inside of tank? Pickup could be blocked. Bad gas, gelled or trash. If it has antisiphon valve it could be blocked.

    Hole shot, or up easy?

I get up on plane as safely and quickly as possible. I installed a engine gateway talking to a raymarine display to get more info from motor etc.. When you see the gph data at the out of hole climb it motivates to get the sled up on plane. My boat is to me is underpowered 22 ft with a 5.0...

The water drain holes I don't understand

A lot of the ones that stuff the bow run slow and engine all the way in/bow down. Boats that have a drop nose also make bow stuffing more likely. Some boats are designed to look too cool at the expense of seaworthiness. Saw last week on YouTube a large slick looking Sea Ray cruiser with...

Can you get rid of water in foam flotation, and if so, How?

The only way I could see working involve sealing boat in some type of air tite bag and hooking up a vacuum pump to draw negative pressure. This would cause other issues and take quite some to boil off the moisture. Crazy idea right?

Congrats. That final clean and filter change did the trick. That dealer should have done it even you had to pay for nonwarranty work.

    Saltwater eating my trailers...

You can drill a couple of drain holes in bottom but it has to be in the correct spot to prevent weaking it structurally. I took my painted steel trailer to the coast five times over a couple of years. I had but some irrigation holes in it but it already had drain holes. Would flush it with...
