    tha ratio will only come inta play with how ya prop it for tha type performance your lookin' for... your set up (motor height, offset, prop), type and weight of your rig will be of tha utmost importance for that... you can determine what ratio ya have by markin prop shaft and flywheel.. with it...

    tha ratio could be different on it.. all 2.0 motors came (normally) came with 2 ta 1 gears.. everything else had 1.87 ta 1's.... only exception was tha XR4 and 6.. they had a smaller "barrel" and 1.78 ta 1 gears... could be tha difference ya seein'.. with tha age of these motors nowdays its not...

    tha # 0C184366 shows ta be a '89 2.4 200 on Mercnet site.. that one is not a 200 for sure.. looks like ya have a hodge podge (jus chargin' system maybe?) of a powerhead??? where did you get tha 0C184366 number?.. tha one in your pictures looks ta be no newer than '86.. could be a 2.0 150 or 2.4...

    tha '89 is a 2.4 200 with a single water cooled reg/rec (very expensive) and matching stator.. tha '92 is a 2.0 motor with tha two reg/rec. and matching stator.. they will not interchange.. i think cdi makes a kit to mix n match tha different chargin' systems though.. never did any of that...

    803062T1.... same one Faz recomended.. tha gasket works with design I, II and III.. (both tha two hole and 4 hole cover). you will jus have part of it (gasket) hangin' out on tha left side of your covers... so it will work with your motor.............

    thats normal for that fitting.. nothing goes there. no test beeps at key turn on usually indicates a bad module... would be safe and add oil to main tank untill you find tha problem..........

    both alarms use tha same buzzer thats located in tha control box or under tha dash somewhere.. is your oil injection still in use? if so, do you get tha 3 test beeps when key is turned ta on?. is tha alarm a solid BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP or an oscillating BEEP?..

    that TnT system is two parts.. it reaches tha trim limit (short rods) will keep runnin' at all rpm.. if not under to much power it will go to tha large tilt cylinder.. tha single cyl. will only hold a little amount of pressure then release and drop back to tha trim rods... there is a "mercury"...

    Not a serial number.. pictures of tha powerhead both sides ad rear... wh number of carbs.. pic of trim style.. there is a build date stamped on tha port side, base of number 2 on block half.. pic below.. probably not a good as one in tha pic but in general same location of block...kinda behin...

    you do know that with that type reg. you don't need a rectifier right?.. take tha reg completely off and put tha rectifier only back on it and run it... won't hurt a thing but will see if your problem goes away? JAN.. we NEVER ran a regulator (justa rectifier) with a 16 amp system and never had...
