Very very sad news.
He was the Chrysler/Force guru man. Learned alot from him.
He will be missed, the Chrysler/Force forum will not be the same with out him.
I'm very sad about this Frank reminded me a lot of my heritage and the wisdom and kindness that I saw displayed with my grandfather and also my dad. Just like them, Frank seemed like one of those guys that would help anyone. In fact, my dad is the same age as Frank. I could totally relate to most of his generational expressions. His posts were a hoot !
I know folks dis the Chrysler engines but I've found them to be really decent - with Frank passing one of the few Force elders is gone. I know there are quite a few other folks on this forum that will fill his place but he was a unique guy for sure.
Very sad news indeed. Frank was one of our most respected members and he has helped more than we will ever know. If his family happens to look at his iboats forum account, we offer our condolences and want you to know he is missed and the forum will not forget Frank.
My deepest condolence to the family and loved ones and also for all his online friends here at iboats.com forum! So far this is the second big loss to this forum (since joining in 2009). I believe it was last year or a year before when we lost the "Tilt and Trim" guru, RRitz who is also an avid forum adviser. Rest in peace. Wishing you fair winds and following seas . . .
I met Frank once on the upper Chesapeake near Sand island. It was hard to miss the mermaid on the side of his boat!
He was a nice guy and will be truly missed by the iboats crew. Wishing good will to his family and friends.
It's sad when someone you know becomes someone you knew. He donated his time and efforts to help others unconditionally. He was a great boater, but more importantly, a great human being. My condolences to Frank's family. He will certainly be missed in life and on this Forum.
