How many miles are on it?

I believe 642 mx is onto the problem and will add, change the fuel filter. If you have over 75/80,000+ miles go ahead and do the tune up.

BTW, Failed H02S21 = Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 position 1 ........Drivers side closest to the exhaust manifold. I seriously doubt you have an O2 problem.

Yeah, I think that's Autozone's computers' way of say that it's not sure what's going on. They ran the code on my last truck once and the printout for what it "thought" the problem might be was over 4 feet long!

The scanner used at autozone is NOT the most exact one made. It mainly just gives the section of the OBD11 that is showing a fault. Anyone can just start replacing parts that might be the problem and might not because often one sensor is DEPENDANT on another to work right. A quick fix and the ability to zero in the cause often takes experience or a real pro. Its like trying to fix your computer. I have repaired many OBD11 check engine light problems and admit that sometimes luck is in my favor. I do agree the IAC is the most likely problem, but remember that no scanner alone is going to tell you everything to do. The scanner data takes some evaluation and a service manual alot of the time.

I bet your plugs are worn out. My wifes Explorer got to where it was idling rough and quitting. New wires and plugs and it is back to running great. The electrodes were completely gone. BTW, it showed the same codes as posted above. It only had 82K on it for miles.
