My 03 Vmax OX66 alarm sounds after 1-2 min at low speed. Impeller replaced a year ago for the same problem. Boat used today first time since repaired. Same prob again. Any ideas???
test the Tstats and replace the pressure valve grommet, odds are high the problem will dissapear.
for some reason the pressure valve always gets overlooked.
post your model number as not all were the same
definatly go back and have the pressure relif valve pocket cleaned and a new grommet installed.
. especially if its ever used in waters that support crabs and flounder. as far as the motor is concerend, thats salt.
