Running twin F200 Yam's did both water pumps as routine maint. Ran engines in a 55 gal drum all good water pisses out of TT hole on both engines. Splashed the boat drove it over to my marina (approx 15 min low spped) again all good water pissing out strong of pee holes. Get boat all situated in my slip. Go to flush out engines with the hose and one engine no problem block fills up water out the pee hole and lower unit as it should. Port motor (counter rot.) hooked up hose I hear the block filling up, water coming out of lower unit (muffler ect) but not the pee hole. So I blew compressed air up the pee hole then turned flush on thinking I will loosen any blockages still no water. I took a shop vac and held it close over the pee hole and cupped my hand around it to focus on sucking the pee hole (kinky) and got the water to faintly dribble out. I disconnected the flush hose with engine running strong stream of water comes out. Took boat for a 20 min ride no over heat alarm or anything water pisses out strong. I am stumped!!! I am thinking about fuel cooler or I think there is a oil cooler (located rear of engine compartment under where the plugs are) looks like a black rectangular box. OR did I mess up anything on the water pump install?? When I blew air in the weep hole I did hear it come out the lower unit (eg water pump) . Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
