Just had a mechanic replace the throttle cables on my 1991 115 HP Suzuki DT. Noticed that neutral safety switch wire was not hooked up so I fixed that. Took boat out and it will not go above 7 MPH. This boat usually goes 47 MPH. The boat acts like she wants to fly but just can't get moving. Any ideas on what the mechanic may have forgotten? He has let me down so many times that I refuse to call him and have him save the day over the phone. He needs to understand he is not a superhero.... Please help!
