I have an evinrude 115vro that is completely dead wont crank and no tilt and trim. New battery, checked fuse

Check battery cables. . . both ends.

also check the cables for knicks, especially in a salt water environment. a knick or cut lets the outside in, and the cables deteriorate from the inside out. don't just look at the cable ends, take them off and clean them.
