The throttle handle won't move?
THe handle moves but the cable doesn't?
THe handle and cable moves, but not the linkage on the motor?
The handle, cable, and linkage move, but the carbs are not responding? Or the timing is not advancing?
What rpm's at idle?
What rpm when you advance throttle?
Does it die when you advance throttle?
Have you checked compression and spark?
Looked at the sparkplugs to see if they are getting gas? Are they steamed clean?
It could be a lot of things, but we need a little more info.
