Boat goes to start then hits like a vapor lock, cup either carb, crack the throttle, she starts up, run smooth, funny grey/blue smoke, that does not go away, like water burning off, after warm boat idels, if let to sit for 10 min, have to crack the throttle only, funny smoke does not go away. 2 hours run time, all plugs are rusted with oil on them. Figure water, but have found nothing with water in all four cyc anywhere. figure exhaust manifold do to all four
