125 force 88 wont start

i took my boat out to the lake and it was not good.. boat did 15 so i brought it home and look at the pistons and one had a big hole in it.. i cleaned it all up and got a new piston and rings and now that i have it all back together it wont start.. i got fire and i got gas but not start can any one help me????

Will it turn over but not start, if so is the kill switch coneted, what is the comprssion on all cly.

125 on all 4 now.. the motor did start but died right after.. then nuthen after that
