13/16-20 spindle nut source

I recently lost a wheel bearing and the spindle nut was damaged. The local trailer shop didn't have the right size, 13/16-20. I finally found that a 1978 Ford Mustang front spindle uses the same size - Dorman part number 04994 is the correct part. Cost was $6.99 at the local Checker auto parts.

Try an industrial fastener supplier in your area. I go to one for any "not so standard" on the shelf items.
