150 yamaha 4 stoke injectors

hey guys i have a question for the pros what would cause only one fuel injector to fail??thanks for the help

because its an electro/mechanical device and sometimes they just quit.
its very rare but it does happen.
sometimes its due to trash sometimes due to a poor solder joint at assymbly.
