15hp Cowling?

Hey guys, ive got a '99 yamaha 15hp two stroke. For whatever reason or another, the cowling has become scratched up and scraped. Also, the rubber seal and the clamp are missing, which is really annoying because it rattles like crazy and when i go over large waves it falls off/dislodges itself. Is there anywhere i can by a replacement?!?!?
