I had a previous thread out there before and Don convinced me to not pull the head off just yet. I was pulling a vacuum from the water inlet hose that goes from the thermostat housing to the transum. I still dont understand why there is a vacuum there but i will do some more reading on that. What i did find tho is a hair line crack in the circulation pump impeller. I have spent over 5,000 on getting this overheating problem fixed. This was a brand new pump and dont know how it got there. I will change out this pump once again and give it a shot. I will keep this post updated on if this helps.
