That number and the 90-120 range sounds like the ID for the outdrive only. I suggest you post questions particular to the outdrive in the I/O forum where experts like Don S can help you.
The quarter-sized aluminum disk with model number and serial number info appears to be missing from you motor. There is a recessed well where the disk is normally found on these motors. On the right side of the flywheel end of the motor in the first picture you posted, you can see the well on the number two cylinder. Don't know where else to tell you to look since the only other place it appeared on the outboards was the transom bracket. You will need the model number info for buying/ordering parts. I suggest you post questions particular to the motor in the Johnson & Evinrude forum since everyone feels certain that is what it is. FYI, they will ask you for the model number.
There must be some more of these boats out there. You might try posting questions specifically about the boat in the Boat Restoration and Building forum.
