18.5 sportfish side panels?

Is there any other screws on the side panels that i am missing? I unscrewed the ones that look like buttons but it won't come off? Feels like its screwed in somewhere but can't find it. Any help?

My Phantom has screws behind decorative blocks against floor. These blocks covered aluminum angle mounting side panels to floor.

^^^ Yup

Dig around in the carpet with a screw driver to find the screw heads as they can be obscured and hard to find. Most likely have nuts on the back side.
