If you follow the instructions in my Link below your transom will be a "TANK" when it's installed.

Today I got the transom cut to shape. I am happy with how it looks. there is a slight gap on the sides that I want to fill with PB when I adhere it to boat. Here are some pics of how it came out.

Thanks guys! I am so happy to finally get a start on putting in new materials! Definitely beats grinding and now there feels like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. My next big task is to use the scribe and post method of tracing out new stringer templates. I will let everyone know how that comes along!

I plan on getting back on the boat this morning when I get off work. I flew to California for my sisters graduation so I could not work on the boat for several days. Things are coming along though! Will update with pics when I get some real progress done.
