1935- ish mod# 6011-0074 help Id year & hp

I just rcvd a old evinrude speedtwin that is not running the owner would like me to try and get it running. well the number on the plate id 6011 - 0074 it has the opposing cylinders and looks to be in a very dirty barn fresh condition guess i'll start with a good cleaning first. any info year, HP , model specifics as to bringing back to life ect. thanks

You are correct at 1935, and is a 21.1hp.

Start with compression of course. Then hopefully the mag plate is hot. If not, time to do some shopping.

it's a bit different than that one but close' I'll post a photo tomorrow, It has some kind of decompressing thing on one of the cylinders & cooling fins on the exhaust (I think) I have never worked on anything this vintage so it will be an adventure for sure.
