1953 seahorse 10 carb rebuild

ive got a 1953 seahorse 10, QD-14. the carb needs a good cleaning/rebuild. has not ben run for over 10yrs. where can i find a carb kit? the sierra kits start from 1954. will this carb kit work on my 53? any help would be greatly appriciated
