I easily picked the engine up and put it on the transom by myself with no hoist or anyhting so I don't think it will be too heavy for the ol girl. The lonestar came with 2 big johnsons one 50 and one a 55 but both are long tail and in my opinion to big and heavy for this 16 aluminum. I think once I get the engine going and paint and interior done it will move along nice enough for me. I don't want it too fast!
