Just got a 59 westbend barracuda 12hp I cannot seem to find any info or parts nothing at all about this thing what am I suppose to do if I have a part fail any help would be appreciated
The guys at www.aomci.org may be able to help. WestBend also made motors for Sears "Elgin".
In 65/66 purchased by Chrysler,became FORCE in 84/85.there is a chance early Chrysler may fit.
Specs 17.71 cu.in. 10-12 hp at 4000 rpm,Champion H8J plugs at .030,points set at .020.
16-1 fuel mix.85 psi compression. Chrysler and West bend starter look similar,Lower units look similar.
