1960 Merc 10HP

I was given a 1960 Merc 100 (10hp). Float and carb top missing, head has both plug holes stripped, but good compression and spark. My concern is the impeller, special wrenches to get at it, etc. Guess this a "Spring Shift" model. One heavy SOB for 10hp. Plus have to find a carb and head. Still a good looking motor, as were all old Mercs. Worth sticking my meager spare cash into it? Or ebay a local P/U for parts. I have no use for it really. Too many projects now.
