She runs and drives. Has forward, reverse and neutral.

Few issues:
-Milky oil around the lower unit
-Gas/oil mix from exhaust )running 24:1 mix(
-Doesn't seem to max full throttle
-Lean/Rich doesnt connect to what I think is cold/hot setting
-Not sure what settings she needs to be at also
-Thinking I need to do a full rebuild this next winter
-Where can I find a full guide/master rebuild book?

Please ask away if you see something wrong! I get water out of main exhaust but does the pee hole on the side also spit it also?

--Oily water coming out the drain holes is normal.
--Can't answer about the full throttle issue because I don't know how bad it is. If it lacks a lot of power, it probably is running on one cylinder. That would account for more drainage also
--Link is missing between carb knob & slow speed needle
--Service manuals are available right here at iboats.

Thanks F_R

I bought this recently. I opened the gear oil plug and there is no water mixed. So it must be fine. Going to replace the fluid for now til I completely rebuild it.

She has power, it just doesnt seem to get close to 4500 rpms. Might be worn throttle or something?

I will keep looking for manuals.

More likely as already mentioned - only running on one cylinder. Try pulling one plug wire at a time to see if it dies.

There is no pee hole on the side of the exhaust housing.------What you see is part of the grommet on top of the water tube.----Just relax and check this motor out.-----Sounds like it is running on one cylinder.----This motor has a coil , points, condenser for each cylinder.------Remove recoil.----Remove cover for magneto inspection hole.----Often one side is not working.

Just checked the spark by pulling one plug at a time. Motor ran with one plug for both cylinders. I did notice sparking inside the boot on one of them. May be a worn and cracked boot. I would think the spark should not come out of the boot. JS Both have beautiful blue and yellow sparks

pull both boots off, remove the terminal ends, cut each wire back ~ 1/2", reinstall using new terminal ends and boots < terminal ends may be ok, but new ones are cheap >

I have located wire and plug end for $12 each, which is redonkalous. Pack of 10 plug ends for $2.87 ea I guess. Ive seen plug ends at a marine thrift store in package for $0.75 to $1 but Im guessing it will work just the same.
