Why do I have fuel leaking into the lake after I shut the engine off? Seems to me that it is coming from the exhaust. Is that normal? I've taken off the cover and don't see any leaks from the carb.

It’s not that uncommon on a motor of that age. Unburnt fuel and oil makes it way out the exhaust.
