I am still waiting on my manual but could someone give me a list of the items in the chargeing system on this engine and how I test them to find out which part or parts is bad in order so I knoa what I need to start looking for? The model number is V4ML-10R serial number J2466921. I beleive the stator is bad but have found out there may be quite a few electrical parts in this charging system and I need to know what they are and how to put a basic test on each part to see if it is good or bad.

Thanks
Robert

Do you have the remote junction box that goes with this engine? It contain's the voltage regulator, diode's, and main fuse. These all have to be checked.

I believe I do have the remote junction box you are referring to. Mine also has the starter solenoid in it as well as the others. Im not too worried about the solenoid as those are pretty cheap to replace but how do I go abot testing the other parts and where can I find the other parts if they are bad? I am going right now to test the stators again and will post the actual readings I get on each stator.

Thanks
Robert
