Ok so I got the motor running perfectly yesterday it runs really nice now the only problem is the lower unit. The prop spins meaning its in neutral, apply power to either the blue wire or the green wire and the clutches lock up perfectly so the electronics are good. The problem is that I cannot spin the main shaft that comes from the engine so it is frozen. What steps should I take and what do you think is a possible problem...Im hoping maybe some bad bearings or something that can be easily replaced

About the only thing you can do is take it apart, and see.

If you can take the number from the bearing, a bearing supply business may have them, or could order. A BRP dealer could tell you if still available. If so get ready for sticker shock.
