1965 Chrysler Motor

Hey all - I am brand new hear. I have a new-to-me 1965 Chrysler boat motor. It runs and then stalls and then runs again only to stall again. Finally, it stopped altogether. My boat mechanic/friend said it is a bad Amplifier/Power Box. Does anyone know where I can locate a replacement? Part number? any information would be greatly appreciated. The serial number on the motor is 2000 and the model is a 707HE.
