1966 Evinrude 60hp no spark??

1966 Rude Sportfour model 60653 (without generator)

Compression in all 4 cyl is between 90 and 95......good?
Rebuilt carb
Rebuilt fuel pump
New impeller
All new fuel and water lines
Fresh lower unit lube
Cleaned connections in junction box
New battery
Have

I have the service manual.....

Last night with fresh gas I turned the key and it turned over but didn't start.

I pulled EACH plug...one at a time.... and let it "hang" with the plug wire attached and turned the key.....NO SPARK.

Read the manual at least 8x and can't figure out how to test the coil. I have an OHM's meter. Can someone offer assistance?

Changed the points and condensor........fired right up!!

Wow.....sounds like a monster !!

In the future you can go to Youtube and watch videos of magneto and coil testing.
