I just got this a week ago. (Aug 24, 2009) So far i was able to get the engine running though it doesn't idle. Will have to rebuild the carb.

I like posting pics & videos so im pretty sure it will be documented.
What a fine job you have done Azlo.
Nice to see the before and after photos so I posed this from the beginning.
Yea I been following along all this time as others too.
My buddy has the same boat but his is a 1967 with a 90 tower of power on it.
When the conditions a right (chop and waves) we pin it, standup and go for a ride.
Way fun in a hull like that at 30+ mph.
GLG
Get used to the compliments man. That's a good looking clean boat.
I love the complement you caught on video there, really cool
Hey, thanks for letting me go for a ride on your rig man, excellent![]()
Awesome job Azlo!!!!
Don't be a stranger now.......
Thanks for the vid, Azlo. Inspiration for all of us, Really, really, really nice Holiday. I liked when you were talking on the ramp "I took out everything but the rivets". Aw, Man. I thought you did a full resto.![]()
LOL, common give some credit!!
You got the cred now, Azlo. Sharpest boat on the lake!
Azlo, very happy to see the rig on the water...excellent work!
That boat has some serious unique style and there will never be another like it(until you get MBS).
I agree with EZ, these boats can take lots of waves so don't be shy about testing it.
If your prop leaves the water on a rare occasion you are doing it right.
Seriously though, way to go...this will be a great example of what a complete resto looks like. Enjoy!
Awesome Azio...thought your camera man was falling out there for a minute....
You have done a great job on the resto...Hope I can get mine to look like this someday....
