i have an evinrude 50 that i have been using since april, and it ran great until today. i started the engine, throttled up and suddenly the boat slowed up to about 5 mph. and thats as fast as it will go. last week i took it out in the bay for the first time, but it did great. this week i tried out another engine for trolling, a 7&1/2 hp, so i was using it in stead of the 50, but when i tried to use the 50 thats when it happened. the only other thing is i got some fuel for the 50 only. what could it be?
