Hey guys, anybody know where I can get a forward reverse switch for my 1972 johnson 125hp? Mine is pretty much dead now so I'ts about time that I replaced it. I was once given a site with a schematic of the part and the price and the place to order from, is it possible if anybody could send me a link of somewhere like that. thanks guys.

I think the part you need is 385253, which was discontinued and went out of stock long ago. Bombardier's part locator shows that Pugsley's marine in Ontario, NY has 1 pc in stock. 585-265-0750.

Good engine. Bought one new in '72. A real tugger. Sings like a lark at WOT.

go to ishopmarine.com.they carry parts for your johnson 125. I still have mine too(1972 johnson 125 hp).

Visit you local Bombardier dealer. They have a part locator program that displays all stock at many of their dealers. Ask them to check all their dealers for that part. They will give you a list to contact. Also, SeaWay marine in the Seattle, Wash area specializes in obsolete OMC parts. They have an 800 number.....
