Hi All,
I am a first time member and first time boat owner. I recently bought a 1973 Browning Monterrey w/ Berkley 455 Jet Drive for $1000. Supposedly the engine was rebuilt and they installed a new carburetor. The first thing I would like to do is restore the inside of the boat. The seats and vinyl trim inside the boat are weathered but not torn. The engine box needs to be rebuilt, so any ideas on how to do that would be much appreciated. Building the box would be simple, it's just putting the vinyl on and installing cup holders is a little tricky to me. Also, the floor boards are rotting out by the engine. So I need to replace the floor. I will be picking up some marine board from Menard's in the next couple days, but I have never done this before, so any tips on how to do this would be awesome. Please help! Here are some pictures of the inside:

Thanks!
