1974 Evinrude Triumph 70 Model 70473-M not running on all cylinders.

So far I have put in new spark plugs, ran compression test 145 across the board pulled carbs and cleaned them out checked exhaust plate for restictions and seem to have adaquit spark and the middle cylinder is still dead is there something I have missed or should I go back to square one and see if it was my error. Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

Are you getting spark at the wire before the plug?

I seem to be getting good spark at all the cylinders thats why I am so puzzled.

What makes u believe the cylinder is dead??? What does that plug look like after U've ran it???

I have pulled the wires while idleing and the center cylinder does not drop RPM like the two outside cylinders. Also when walking the cylinders, the top cylinder will almost killl the engine and the bottom will also make a significant change in the RPM. The plug is slightly wet but no visual marks like the other two have. Thanks for your time Bogggar1 sometimes we just need some outside perspective to help us see what I hope is not that big of a problem.
