1975 115hp misses

Hey guys <br />Thank You for the help on previous topic <br /> Now enigine has a miss in it at low idle it seems<br />coils have been changed plugs have been changed <br />if I raise idle up misses seems to stop <br />If I race the engine rpms come up and then on way back down either enigne will go back to idle and start missing again or it will just die <br />But yet turn key and starts back up <br />Where should I go with this I dont wanna get back out on water and have to deal with this stuff like lastnight wasnt a fun boat trip at all <br />Thank you in advance

Sounds very familiar to my previous problems. Mine was solved by a thorough carb cleaning and a link and sync done by a very competent mechanic. (thanks Walker). We set the idle up some but not so high that there is a shifting problem.<br /><br />Check for the usual suspects - spark and compression.<br /><br />Hopefully Walker will see this and respond.<br /><br />Jamie
