What is a 24' Apollo cuddy cabin worth? It id a 1975 all it says on the boat is Apollo. It has a 302 ford motor I believe its 188 hp. Looks to be in great shape on a trailer. Just trying to make sure I don't get taken to the bank.
Any help is good help thanks

The Ford power plant, is no longer in business, check the outdrive too, most likely a Volvo, which is also no longer in business. I have no experience with Apollo boats.

You sure you don't mean OMC? Volvo is still very much in business. You're right about Ford not being the marine business though.

You are correct sir, sorry to confuse the original posted question. OMC is what I meant.

$500

You may not get taken to the bank but you will need to take your own self there if you buy a 1975 i/o.

seriously there are way too many variable to put a price on the scant information you have provided. You will either pay a lot of money for the rare boat that is in tip-top condition, or you will pay a lot of money to get the "bargain" on the water.

the cost to you will also be driven by how much you can (and are willing) to do yourself. Ho wmuch experience do you have with owning and operating an old old boat?

Value is driven first by condition and second (and a close second at that) by location--both region in North America and type of use (coastal v. lake/river). We know neither so we can't begin to think about value of the one you are looking at.

And no title, no deal.

Ayuh,.... You don't have enough Info for a solid offer price,... Exactly which outdrive is Important,...

Mercruiser had a few drives out in that time period that ya just Can't buy parts for anymore,...
'n you sayin' it's Electric shift, points out, it may be 1 of the Obsolete drives,....
Along with the fact the Ford is also Obsolete,...

as noted above, buy it Cheap, 'n plan on a Total refit, to a more current drive, 'n a Chevy motor,...
So, figure 'bout $5,000/ $10,000. in the Refit, plus whatever ya pay for the hull,...

'n, Btw,... There's No doubt plywood under, 'n behind all that fiberglass ya see, 'n in freshwater, you can Count on some Rot,....
