Having the float "hanging" is of no value to you. The carb has to be upside down to determine correct float setting.

The gas tank has to be vented otherwise you create a vacuum. The fuel that comes out has to be replaced by air.

I think I may have got the gas lines mixed up the line coming straight from the gas tank goes on the bottm right valve the one from the crank case goes to the suction cup lookin valve and the line to the carb goes on bottom left valve correct

Ok motor idles fine and runs but full throttle just dont want to go I have it all the way down and dont hardly go nowhere

Did you confirm that the timer base is advancing when you push the throttle? And have you synched your carbs to the timer base (link-n-sync)?

Putting more gas to the carbs(throttling up) without the spark advancing.....will NOT allow the motor to accellerate.

You got your lines mixed up, bottom right is carbs, left is crankase, center is fuel inlet.viewed from front of pump.
